How It Works:
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (often through eye movements or tapping) to help your brain reprocess distressing experiences and integrate them in a more adaptive, healthy way. This process activates the brain’s natural healing ability — helping reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories, shift limiting beliefs, and bring relief where talk therapy alone may not reach.

Healing the Past to Transform the Present

Our one-on-one sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to explore whatever you’re carrying — anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, relationship struggles, or simply the weight of trying to hold it all together.  In therapy, you don’t have to perform or explain everything perfectly. You just get to be human — and I’ll meet you there, with care and curiosity.

Together, we’ll begin to uncover the patterns behind your emotional pain, gently explore where they come from, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your inner world. Whether you're navigating a life transition, breaking generational cycles, or simply seeking clarity, healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.
